Information We Collect
Contact form: your name, message, and contact details [add email/phone once you add the field].
Coaching clients: information that parents, guardians, or athletes choose to share, such as the athlete’s name, age, sport or activity, goals, and session notes.
Website analytics: if you agree in the cookie banner, IONOS SiteAnalytics collects anonymous usage data such as pages viewed, browser type, and approximate location. Our host, IONOS, also keeps standard server logs.
Payments: [name your processor, e.g. Venmo, Square, or Stripe]. We don’t store card numbers.
How We Use It
We use this information to answer inquiries, schedule and deliver coaching, communicate with parents and guardians, and improve our website. We don’t sell or rent personal information.
Children’s Privacy
Our services are for youth, but this website is meant for parents, guardians, coaches, and athletes 13 and older. We don’t knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13 without a parent’s consent. If you believe a child under 13 has sent us information, contact us and we’ll delete it. Parents and guardians may ask to review or delete their child’s information at any time.
Confidentiality of Coaching
What athletes share in sessions is kept confidential. Exceptions are information that suggests a risk of harm to themselves or others, or suspected abuse, which we may be required to report.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us run the business (our website host, IONOS, and our payment and scheduling tools), when the law requires it, or with your permission.
Cookies
Our cookie banner lets you accept, reject, or configure analytics cookies.
Data Retention & Security
We keep inquiry and client records [for X years / only as long as needed] and protect them with reasonable safeguards.
Your Choices
Email us to access, correct, or delete your information, or to withdraw the consent you gave on our contact form.
